Opening a link in a browser

Most of the time, Flotato is able to figure if you want to open a link in the app. For example, if someone sends you a link in an email and you click that in your Gmail app on your mac, the link opens in a browser.

In general the rule is, if the web app wants to open a link in a new tab, Flotato opens that link in a browser. But what if you want to override that? Here's how to do that.

When do you need this?

How to do it

  1. Place your mouse above the link you want to open in a browser
  2. Hold the Shift (⇧) key and then click the link
