Creating by copying and renaming

Flotato knows a little magic trick, which you may have noticed on the home page of this site.

When do I need this?

You want to quickly create a Mac app from a website or a topic, but don't want to fill in any forms or any other kind of work

How to do it

To show you how fast, and honestly, a little satisfying, this is, we'll set out to create five Mac apps from five different web services, in, under a minute - 38 seconds, to be precise. Watch this:

Here's how to do it

Find the Flotato app, or any other app you made with Flotato
Select it. Duplicate it by right clicking and choosing Duplicate, or simply pressing ⌘D
Right click the app and choose Rename, select it and press Enter
Enter the new name

That's it! You can now double click the new app.
